Where can we book and check availability?
You will find our property available for lease on VRBO & AirBNB or you can book directly with us at casahermanos.ts@gmail.com.

What are the standard nightly rates?
Our standard nightly rates are currently $1,600 per night USD.
We offer discounted rates for weekly 7+ nights @ $1,440 per night USD and monthly 30+ nights @ $1,280 per night USD. If you have other inquiries just let us know.
What is the cancelation policy?
Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.
Is there a maximum number of guests?
We have a 10 guest Maximum and includes all 4 suites.
What time is check in and check out?
Check-In Time : 3pm
Check-Out Time: 11am
Is there a minimum number of nights required per stay
3 nights minimum stay
Are chef or catering services available?
Yes. There are two different types of options. We have a higher end $75 usd per person menu option open by special request in addition to a mid- level $40 usd per person local approach authentic style Mexican dishes. Both are available for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Please provide 1-2 week advance notice of your requested dates to plan accordingly. All services can be paid for at the end of your stay and gratuity is paid separately.
Are babysitting or daycares services available?
Yes. We can arrange this for you. Please provide 1-2 week advance notice of your requested dates to plan accordingly. Pricing may vary depending on needs and how many kids starting at $20 per hour. All services can be paid for at the end of your stay and gratuity is paid separately.
Is maid service available?
Yes. If you are booking a week or longer we include a full cleaning on day 3 or 4 of your stay. If you prefer daily clean and bed turndown services this is available for an extra $50 per day. All extra services can be paid for at the end of your stay and gratuity is paid separately.
Can we have a party?
This is not a party house however we will consider special events
on a case by case basis.
Is the house suitable for children?
We respectfully request no children under 2 at Casa Hermanos. Although we love your little ones, Casa Hermanos is not baby friendly.
Can I bring my dog?
We are dog lovers as well however we request that you kindly leave your dogs at home.
Do I need to bring toiletries?
Casa Hermanos is fully stocked with the basics for you: Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash, Soap, Towels, Q-Tips & Hair Dryer in each room. Beyond that bring your own toiletries and personal need items.
Is Casa Hermanos close to the beach?
There is a walking path that takes about 10-15 minutes by foot. This is a white soft sand beach that goes for miles in both directions and can’t be beat for tranquil beach walks, bocce ball games or sunsets.
Are the beaches near the house swimming beaches?
While the beach straight out is beautiful, we do not recommend it as a swimming beach because its more of a shore break with a steep drop off. There is a great surfing beach called “La Pastora" about 1 mile north, also part of this stretch of great white sandy beach. There is a family friendly flat beach in Cerritos about 20 minutes drive thru Todos Santos and great for all ages and activities including if you are a beginner surfer. We do provide beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, coolers and soft top surfboards for your beach days, whichever beach you decide to go to.
What is the neighborhood like? Is it safe?
The neighborhood is peppered with homes and people with one thing in common, a happy, rich and warm lifestyle. We believe Todos Santos is very safe. For your peace of mind and comfort, every suite has a room key and a safe. The property is also fully walled and secured with gates and security cameras.
How do we get to the house from the airport?
We recommend you have your own rental car. Once you are scheduled to arrive we will put you in contact with our Property Manager that can help meet you and make sure you easily find the property. No Uber. There are limited taxi or driver services available in the local area.
Are there local grocery stores?
Yes, there are several stores for groceries and fresh fruit and vegetables. El Sol Dos and Local Fruit and Vegetable Market across the street from the local elementary school is where we typically shop.
